As a valued member of the eCase team, each client is assigned a technical eCase Team Leader. This Team Leader will be your personal contact for anything related to eCase. They will assist you through the setup process and continue assistance throughout your eCase experience. Each of our Team Leader also has an assigned backup to ensure that you are never left without a line of support.
