Once you decide that you want to start using eCase, all you have to do is
contact a member
of the eCase Sales Team and tell them that you want to start using the eCase service.
That's all you have to do, we'll do the rest.
We will get your company setup to use eCase and contact you when you are ready to begin. Throughout
the setup process, we will be in constant contact with your company. We will find out everything we need
to know about your company, the services you offer, your counselors/contactors, bill rates, etc.
After the initial setup, while you and your couselors are becoming familiar with using eCase, we will be there
every step of the way. Over the next few weeks, we will provide phone and email support to answer questions and
get key personnel trained in every aspect of eCase.
